We help make the workplace safer, challenge harassment and discrimination. We have helped open doors to women working in trades and technology and we build women’s leadership and political participation. Many challenges remain, especially for women who face additional barriers because of race, disability, Aboriginal status, age, sexuality and gender identity and expression.
