The CLC’s 30th Constitutional Convention will be held from Monday, May 8 to Friday, May 12, 2023 in Montreal.
REGISTRATION AND CREDENTIALS
All organizations are encouraged to consider equity representation (women, Indigenous workers, workers of colour, workers with disabilities, 2SLGBTQI workers) and young workers (age 30 or younger) as part of their delegations.
The registration fee for each delegate is $400 (no fee is required for alternate delegates) and must be submitted along with the duplicate credential form no later than the deadline below.
The deadline for receiving credentials is Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Submit your registration form by email to convention@clcctc.ca or by mail to Canadian Labour Congress, ATTENTION: CONVENTION OFFICE, 2841 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1V 8X7.

The registration fee for each delegate is $400 and may be paid in several ways:
- Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express): Please send an email to convention@clcctc.ca indicating your wish to pay by credit card and provide your coordinates where a designated CLC staff can contact you to process your payment.
- Cheque: Please address your cheque to Canadian Labour Congress Convention Fund. Please include the name of the delegate, union and local number.
- Email transfer: Please send to convention@clcctc.ca, using the following security question: “why” and password: “convention” — all lower case.
Credential and Registration Forms
Accessibility
We are pleased to offer accessibility services, by request, to facilitate the participation of all delegates.
All delegates requiring accessibility services must include a completed Accessibility Services Form no later than Thursday, April 6, 2023. We cannot guarantee that requests received after the deadline can be accommodated.
Child Care
We are also pleased to offer child care services, by request.
All delegates requiring child care services must include a completed Child Care Service Form no later than Tuesday, March 7, 2023. We cannot guarantee that requests received after the deadline can be accommodated.
