In 2022, we learned that 7 out of 10 workers surveyed across Canada experienced harassment and violence at work. Has anything changed since then?
You can help us find out. The new Respect at Work survey, led by the Canadian Labour Congress and researchers at Western University and the University of Toronto, is gathering workers’ experiences with harassment and violence at work.
We want to hear from all workers aged 18+ who have worked in the past 12 months, whether or not you have experienced or witnessed harassment or violence at work. Participation is voluntary, confidential, and anonymous. The survey will take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
Your response will help us understand workers’ experiences and push for stronger protections to make work safer for all.
