From May 11 to 15, 2026, Canada’s unions will gather in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg for the 31st Constitutional Convention of the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC). We invite all affiliates, federations of labour, and labour councils to save the date and join us as we come together to chart our collective path forward.
Additional details, including registration information, will be provided mid-December.
Accommodations:
Click here to see a list and map of the hotels where the CLC has contracted room blocks. If you would like to book a block of 25 rooms or more, you can do so by contacting the CLC at convention@clcctc.ca or Christine Fera of WE Union Travel at events@weuniontravel.ca.
Individual rooms can be booked as of December 15, 2025.
The deadline to reserve a room is April 6, 2026.
Please note that room reservations are subject to availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The CLC cannot guarantee accommodation availability. Hotel blocks are significantly smaller in Winnipeg than in other larger metropolitan cities.
The Constitution of the Canadian Labour Congress is set by the affiliates available here.
The Constitution is democratically updated at each Constitutional Convention.
