Interpretation Receivers

Devices for simultaneous interpretation are available during Convention.

After registering and receiving credentials, delegates may obtain a device at the SI booth at any time during main plenary sessions of Convention.

Please note that delegates will be responsible for all devices signed out during Convention, including for lost or damaged items.

Shared Responsibility

We all have a role to play in ensuring an accessible experience for all delegates.

  • Please avoid idling in hallways, at microphone stations, and near access points, as this can create barriers for other delegates.
  • Please also be aware that some delegates have severe reactions to chemicals, including those found in aftershaves, perfumes, shampoos, and other scented products. We ask that all delegates refrain from using scented products during the Convention.

Known App Limitations

We recognize that the event app has some accessibility limitations due to platform constraints outside of our control.

  • Keyboard navigation: Some interactive elements (such as documents, speaker profiles, meetups, gamification, and maps) may require a mouse or a trackpad to function fully.
  • Language display: While some sections can be viewed in your selected language, other sections display mixed-language content.
  • Device compatibility: Certain features may not behave consistently across all devices or browsers.

Delegates can download the CLC Convention 2026 app for the full agenda, updates, exclusive events, and more.
