You can also visit the CLC accessibility office on-site for in-person support. For more information check out the Convention App.
This page contains information about accessibility services, language access, accommodations, and how to get help.
All plenary sessions and forums, including videos shown during these sessions, will have closed captioning in English and French.
Within the app, some content, such as the Agenda and Documents, is available in English or French, depending on the language selected at the time of registration. You can change your language at any time in the app settings.
Devices for simultaneous interpretation are available during Convention.
After registering and receiving credentials, delegates may obtain a device at the SI booth at any time during main plenary sessions of Convention.
Please note that delegates will be responsible for all devices signed out during Convention, including for lost or damaged items.
We all have a role to play in ensuring an accessible experience for all delegates.
We recognize that the event app has some accessibility limitations due to platform constraints outside of our control.
Delegates can download the CLC Convention 2026 app for the full agenda, updates, exclusive events, and more.
